Welcome To Vista Pacifica located in the beautiful Vista Del Oro neighborhood of San Pedro, CA.  Our website is designed to be an information source and communication vehicle for our Association members and building residents. We encourage our members and residents to stay involved in our association activities and projects by visiting this site's Announcements Page on a weekly basis. Members can also communicate with the Board of Directors through this site on the form below.

We would like to encourage our members and residents to attend our monthly Director's board meetings which are held in the [535 lobby]. The date and time of the next scheduled board meetings can generally be found on the Announcements Page. The Agenda for the next meeting and the Minutes of the last meeting along with the Rules & Regulation and the HOA Policies and Procedures can be found on the Residents Page.

We would also like to see more of our residents become active in our Homeowners Association because sometimes it really does take a village to improve a community.

Please consider volunteering your talents by becoming a member of an association committee or by contributing your ideas either at the monthly meetings or through this website. By working together we can make our community one of the best in San Pedro!
